Strategic insights.
AI-native execution.

I work between executive leadership and the data layer at Canada's busiest airport, turning C-suite questions into forecasts, KPI frameworks, and AI solutions leadership can act on. Background spans national operations leadership, enterprise AI delivery, and building analytics functions from zero, with fluency across the AI stack underneath.

An operator inside the executive office.

I build the data and AI infrastructure that helps the executive office make sharper decisions, faster. That means framing the question before anyone writes code, then delivering the predictive models, KPI frameworks, and exception-based reporting that turn analytics into action.

Before specializing in analytics, I led a 50-person national field operation, closed enterprise B2B contracts, and built an analytics function from zero. That's the lens I bring to every data problem: business first, engineering second, always in service of the decision.

Three chapters, one operating thesis.

From the executive office at Canada's busiest airport to the GM seat at a 50-person national service firm, each role has reinforced the same discipline: turn complexity into a decision leadership can act on.

Greater Toronto Airports Authority
Chief Executive Office
Jun 2025 – Present · Mississauga, ON

I work between executive leadership and the data & technology layer at Canada's busiest airport, translating C-suite business questions into concrete analytical solutions. I serve as subject-matter expert across data, AI, and enterprise technology, architecting end-to-end solutions on the Microsoft stack, always anchored to business value.

  • Launched an AI-powered executive dashboard that quantifies business performance in a uniform way and surfaces where targeted intervention will move the needle. Adopted across the executive leadership team.
  • Proposed an exception-based operating model for executive decision-making, shifting leadership from reactive reporting to proactive strategic intervention.
  • Lead AI advocacy and education across the organization: presentations, demos, and hands-on upskilling sessions that build practical fluency and position AI as an everyday efficiency tool teams want to use.
  • Represented the GTAA on a European benchmarking mission to Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Munich on airport data and AI strategy, closing with an ACI think-tank working group on air traffic forecasting.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, spanning predictive modeling, KPI frameworks, data governance, and data product design, translating executive intent into deployable systems.
  • Report directly into the Executive Office with weekly exposure to the executive leadership team, operating where enterprise strategy is shaped.

Led an eight-month graduate analytics consulting engagement, delivering a data-driven business development proposal to CI Financial senior leadership that informed a comprehensive go-forward strategy.

  • Scoped the business problem, designed the analytics approach, and built the data pipelines end-to-end, applying predictive modeling, NLP, and BI across marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Delivered the final recommendation to senior stakeholders with visual storytelling that translated model outputs into boardroom-ready decisions.
  • Recognized for top performance across data modeling, project management, ethics, and visual storytelling.

General Manager

Direct Locksmith
Jun 2021 – May 2025 · 4 yrs · Toronto, ON

Senior leadership across a 50-person national service company, directly overseeing a call centre handling 300+ daily inbound calls. Partnered with the CEO to re-engineer sales performance, client retention, and revenue through data-driven operating decisions, all while introducing the organization to AI as ChatGPT launched.

  • Won the Canada Post fleet management contract across the Greater Toronto Area, expanding the commercial book and anchoring a new revenue line.
  • Built the analytics team and operating framework from zero: KPIs, reporting cadences, sales analytics, client-retention telemetry.
  • Reallocated technicians on revenue-per-call (not call volume), a non-obvious efficiency lever that raised margin without sacrificing quality.
  • Shipped cloud automation between management and field teams, reducing loss, raising data accuracy, and compressing the ops cycle.
  • Led full digital transformation of DirectLocksmith.ca: rebuild, migration of 100+ regional sites, cybersecurity uplift, and AI-assisted SEO content strategy that held top Google rankings in a competitive industry.
  • Received formal recommendation from the Executive Director for work spanning BI, AI-driven sales engagement, process automation, and strategic growth.

Six industries. One through-line.

My first aviation job was on the ramp at Toronto Pearson. A decade later I work in the executive office of the same airport — with trades, national operations leadership, and financial services analytics in between.

Fifteen years across six industries, from a McDonald's service window to the CEO's office at Canada's busiest airport. Every domain has its own operating logic — learning to see the common structure across them is what makes the next problem faster to solve.

Where the reps compound.

A decade across six industries synthesizes into a capability profile built for executive execution. Not analysis for its own sake, but decision-making where strategy and data meet.

Four dimensions do most of the work: fluency in AI and emerging technology, storytelling that lands in the boardroom, the strategic framing to know what's worth answering, and the operational muscle to deliver.

Capability Profile

Self-assessed depth across the executive analytics function

Fluent where it matters.

I'm AI-native, not AI-adjacent. I work naturally with AI tooling, understand how the systems are built and deployed, and track the industry trends that matter to enterprise execution. The rest of the stack sits underneath.
